Herby Factor is an online store serving customers in Pakistan.

Order preparation and delivery
We prepare orders in one business day and dispatch them on the next business day. Standard delivery takes an estimated 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch. Shipping is PKR 200 for orders below PKR 3,000 and free for orders of PKR 3,000 and above.

Returns and damaged parcels
Herby Factor does not accept returns, except for parcels damaged at delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, do not accept it from the courier. Refuse delivery and contact Herby Factor about your order.
